There are so many fabulous albums out right now, including Tori Kelly’s soulful “A Tori Kelly Christmas.” You’ll remember her from this year’s huge collaborative hit,”Together” with for King & Country. You might have heard my podcast episode with the delightful Carrie Underwood recently, where we talked about her amazing first Christmas CD, “My Gift” - truly a gift for everyone this holiday season! It is no secret how much I love BROADWAY, and one of my favorite performers has always been Idina Menzel. One of my favorite groups, Lady A, is releasing “On This Winter’s Night” (Deluxe). this year, an updated album with new many songs. It comes just in time to help celebrate the holidays! You’ll hear their updated version of Paul McCartney’s “Wonderful Christmastime” , infused with little bit of their country charm. They’ve taken the Beach Boys “Little Saint Nick” and made it their own too. The band has chosen to cover many classics, adding their signature style to each one.
The album also features, an original track titled “Christmas Through Your Eyes,” which the group wrote about the experience of watching their children enjoy the magic of Christmas. (When the original LP came out, none of the group had children of their own.)
