“Snow Waltz” is the second Christmas album by the amazingly talented American violinist and dancer, Lindsey Stirling, and it’s sooo good, it’s going into my gifted stockings.

It contains a mix of traditional Christmas standards and some refreshing original tracks. Because Lindsey’s performances are theatrical productions full of dance and beautiful costuming, the first single, “Ice Storm,” was released via YouTube on in August of 2022 and in October, the video for "Snow Waltz", featuring a Halloween theme, was released alongside the album.

While many of the songs may be familiar, Lindsey’s emotive violin arrangements are new and exciting and so very very moving.  It simply wouldn’t be Christmas without “Snow Waltz”!

Seven-time GRAMMY® winner and three-time ACM Entertainer of the Year Carrie Underwood, recently released her new album, My Savior, debuting at #1 across the Country and Christian charts.

My Savior consists of covers of some of Carrie’s favorite traditional gospel hymns in a unique pastiche of musical styles from classic country to folk, bluegrass, and gospel.  The album is available digitally and on CD now, and will be available on vinyl April 30.  

Carrie says, “This is an album I have always wanted to record and I’m thrilled to be able to bring these uplifting, inspirational songs to life in this special way” . 

 She goes on to say, “When I set out to choose these songs, I wanted to include the beautiful, familiar hymns I grew up singing in church,” says Underwood.  “There are several songs I have performed in the past, like ‘Softly And Tenderly,’ ‘How Great Thou Art’ and ‘Amazing Grace’ that mean so much to me and I knew immediately we needed to record for the album.  This music shaped who I am as a person and is the foundation of my career as a recording artist.  I feel so blessed to get to share these songs with generations of people who love them as I do, as well as others who might be experiencing them for the first time.”

I hope everyone’s spring season is off to a wonderful start. It’s the time of new beginnings and second chances, of reminders that light will always defeat the dark, and of course, the perfect time for music.

New Movie | "I Still Believe"

There is a phenomenal new movie coming to theaters this spring. “I Still Believe” the true story of Jeremy Camp, is available OnDemand, Friday March 27th!

Camp, as many of you know, is a Grammy-nominated Christian singer and songwriter. He’s sold more than 5 million albums and has fans world-wide. He, and his music, which includes singles “There Will Be A Day,” and “Overcome,” (as well as many many more) are so beloved, he’s become nearly legendary.

I can say the film is phenomenal because I was fortunate enough to get a sneak peak! (This radio thing has it perks!) It covers the very personal journey of faith, hope, love… and music that Camp undertook with his first wife, Melissa. It’s got a star-studded cast that includes K.J. Apa and Britt Robertson as Jeremy and Melissa, with Gary Sinese and Shania Twain portraying his parents.

The film does a beautiful job of demonstrating how God can, and will, carry us through the toughest of times.

You wouldn’t expect a film like this to have anything but incredible music, and I Still Believe doesn’t disappoint. Thankfully, the soundtrack will be available digitally on March 20, shortly after the film is released on the 13th. 

Mamma Mia Here We Go Again!

The music of ABBA takes me back to roller skating with my high waist jeans and crop tops, Farrah Fawcett hair flying behind me...

I'm so ready to sing and dance, laugh and love, all over again!

I was thrilled to find out that an all-new original musical, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, is set to open this summer! Can. Not. Wait. And, are you ready for this? A woman, singer, actress, performer, entertainer I admire very much, Cher, is joining the cast!!!

The Soundtrack is going to be awesome!

You'll definitely want to get it before you see the movie, reprising your own role as the Dancing Queen, even if it's just in your kitchen!  The soundtrack will be available everywhere music is sold on July 13th.

Back again, for Mamma Mia, Here We Go Again, will be the original cast of characters, Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Stellan Skarsgård, Julie Walters, Dominic Cooper and Christine Baranski, returning to the magical Greek island of Kalokairi with the songs of ABBA rocking everyone into love and laughter.

I thought it couldn't get any better than this, but yes, yes it did, because this time around Cher is amongst the riotous crew as her character crashes her granddaughters party. And if that wasn't enough, Lily James and Andy Garcia will star as well!
